Quick Answer
There is no official ranking of the top education consultancy in Nepal, so the safest way to choose is to ask every consultancy the same eight questions and score the answers. Look at accreditation, written fees, trained counselors, honest risk advice, official sources, document control, track record and after-visa support. Admizz Education is an ICEF-accredited agency that has helped students since 2015.
Why a 'top consultancy' list cannot be trusted on its own
Search for the top education consultancy in Nepal and you will find lists, ads and rankings. There is no official public ranking of consultancies in Nepal, so most lists are written by the consultancies themselves or by sites that earn from referrals.
A better approach is to decide what a good consultancy must do, then check every option against the same list. That is what the scorecard below does, and it works for Admizz Education and for any other consultancy you are considering.
The 8-point scorecard
Give each consultancy 0, 1 or 2 points on each question: 0 for no clear answer, 1 for a partial answer, 2 for a clear answer you can verify. Ask the same questions of every consultancy, in writing if you can.
- Accreditation: Is the agency accredited by a recognized international body, and can you check it yourself?
- Fees in writing: Do you get a written list of what you pay, when, and what is refundable?
- Trained counselors: Are the counselors who will handle your case trained on the destination's rules? The UK offers an Agent Quality Framework and a database of UK-knowledge-trained counselors.
- Honest advice: Will they tell you when your profile is weak or your funds are short, instead of promising a visa?
- Official sources: Does every fee, deadline and rule they quote link to a government or university page?
- Your documents, your control: Do you write and approve your own statement of purpose and hold the logins to your own application accounts?
- Track record: Can they show named, verifiable results and years of operating history, not only testimonials?
- Support after the offer: Do they help with finance evidence, interview practice, visa filing and arrival, or does the help stop at the offer letter?
A score of 14 or more out of 16 is a strong sign. Below 10, keep looking.
Red flags that should stop you
- A promise of a visa or scholarship before any assessment
- Pressure to pay a large amount immediately
- A statement of purpose written for you and reused across students
- Refusal to say which universities they represent, or which commission they earn
- Documents that are altered or invented
False documents can lead to a refusal and serious long-term consequences. For the full ten-point checklist, read our guide on how to choose a genuine education consultancy in Nepal.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which is the top education consultancy in Nepal?
There is no official ranking of education consultancies in Nepal. Compare each one on the same questions: accreditation, written fees, trained counselors, honest advice, official sources, document control, track record and support after the offer.
How do I check if a consultancy is genuine?
Ask for its accreditation and verify it with the issuing body, get fees in writing, read independent Google reviews, and meet the counselor who will handle your case.
Is Admizz Education accredited?
